Product Application Example---industrial Detection Endoscope

               Industrial endoscopes are widely used in automobiles, ships, electrical, electric power, petrochemical, manufacturing and other industries because they can achieve non-destructive testing without disassembling or destroying the group and stopping the operation of the equipment. Today I want to talk about how industrial endoscopes are applied in the field of manufacturing and the detectable range. In the field of production and manufacturing, industrial videoscopes are mainly used to observe and detect the internal conditions of equipment and components in real time, thereby reducing the time and cost of maintenance and troubleshooting.

               Industrial detection endoscope mainly consists of several parts such as operation interface, control panel, connecting pipe and camera probe. The camera probe developed by EZON can be used in industrial inspection endoscope products. The diameter of the product ranges from 2.0mm to 8mm. It is suitable for inspections of various small apertures. The product uses imported sensor chips and high-quality lenses, and the image quality is clear and smooth. . EZON currently maintains long-term cooperative relations with many industrial endoscope manufacturers, and the product quality has been satisfied by customers. Manufacturers from all over the world are sincerely invited to discuss cooperation.

             Scope of application of industrial detection endoscope

1. Equipment inner cavity inspection: check components, raw material inner cavity surface cracks, peeling, pull wires, scratches, pits, protrusions, spots, corrosion and other defects;

2. Product assembly inspection: check whether each component meets the requirements of the drawing and whether there are assembly defects;

3. Equipment weld inspection: check surface defects such as weld surface cracks, oxidation color, incomplete penetration and weld leakage;

4. Residue inspection: check various metal and non-metal residues, cleaning residues, residual internal chips, foreign objects, etc. in the inner cavity of the component;

5. Processing inspection: check the quality control of defects such as casting sand, burrs, damage, flanging and staggered holes during the machining process.

6. Status inspection: Detect the operating status and inner surface status of in-service equipment.
