1. Common Problems and Solutions During Selection
Blurred Image, Inability to See Details
Causes::Insufficient pixel count, incompatible lens focal length.
Solutions: Prioritize 1MP or higher; choose a camera with a suitable field of view and depth of field for your inspection distance.
Cable Too Stiff/Too Short, Unable to Insert
Causes: Cable length and stiffness unsuitable for the application.
Solutions: Choose a 3m-5m long cable for pipes/deep holes; choose a highly flexible semi-rigid cable for narrow, curved channels.
Incompatibility with Phones/Computers
Causes: Interface or system incompatibility.
Solutions: When purchasing, understand the compatibility system of the endoscope camera. Android: Type-C/USB; Apple: Officially certified solution; Computer: Driver-free USB preferred. For other systems, consult the store's customer service for secondary development kits.
Insufficient brightness, vignetting
Cause: Insufficient LED beads, non-adjustable.
Solution: Select a model with 6 or more LEDs and adjustable brightness to avoid strong light reflection.
2,Common Problems and Solutions During Use
No image after connection / Unrecognized
Cause: Driver, permissions, OTG not enabled.
Solution: Reinstall official driver on computer; enable OTG on phone and grant camera permissions; change interface/cable and restart.
Stuttering, high latency
Cause: Resolution too high, insufficient USB port bandwidth.
Solution: Lower resolution/frame rate; connect to USB 3.0; close background programs using the device.
Lens reflection, overexposure
Cause: LED brightness too high.
Solution: Lower light level, adjust shooting angle.
Blurry image
Cause: Dirty lens, damaged lens surface, damaged cable connector.
Solution: If the lens is dirty, gently wipe it with a cleaning cloth and alcohol.
If the lens is damaged, be careful to avoid touching it during use.
Do not bend the connector between the head tube and the cable. If bending is necessary, avoid bending at least 5cm away from the connector.
Water Ingress/Fogging
Causes: Damaged seal, temperature difference causing fogging.
Solutions: Do not immerse in water for extended periods. If used in a submerged environment, wipe clean immediately afterward. Preheat the lens in humid environments; immediately disconnect power and dry if water gets inside.
Common Problems and Solutions During Maintenance
Lens Dirt/Residual Stains
Causes: Oil, dust not cleaned promptly.
Solutions: Gently wipe with a lint-free cloth dampened with a small amount of alcohol. Do not scratch the lens.
Cable Cracks/Tears
Causes: Bending, pulling, squeezing.
Solutions: Avoid sharp-angle bending; wind into a large loop for storage.
Poor Connector Contact
Causes: Dust, oxidation, loosening.
Solutions: Keep the connector dry and clean; insert and remove gently.
Lens Fogging/Moisture Retention
Causes: Damp storage.
Solutions: Avoid prolonged immersion in water; dry thoroughly after use; store in a desiccant box.
